According to Nielsen, Black Targeted Ad Spending Exceeds $2.3 Billion Annually

In its first 12-month analysis of advertising spending on media outlets that reach African American consumers, The Nielsen Company reported that spending for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 totaled $2.3 billion.
